Stove Finance Brings Tokenized U.S. and South Korean Equities to Uniswap for Onchain Trading
By Lauren Towner · 9 October 2026

Stove Finance has launched tokenized U.S. and South Korean equities on Uniswap, utilizing the UniswapX request-for-quote framework to facilitate trading. For fintech professionals, this integration represents a significant bridge between traditional capital markets and decentralized finance, enabling atomic onchain settlement of real-world assets within a major liquidity protocol.
What was announced
Stove Finance is providing the end-to-end infrastructure required to migrate securities from traditional global markets onto the blockchain. This comprehensive technical stack covers the entire lifecycle of a security, including issuance, trading, settlement, and the management of corporate actions. The integration specifically leverages the UniswapX request-for-quote (RFQ) framework. In this model, market makers provide specific price quotes for Stove’s equity tokens, and the resulting swaps are settled atomically onchain, eliminating the delays inherent in traditional financial systems.
The initial launch on Uniswap features equities from both the United States and South Korea. This rollout follows the introduction of Stove Flow, a specialized tool that enables these Stove-issued equities to be utilized across various DeFi applications. Crucially, Stove Flow ensures these assets maintain a direct connection to the underlying securities while operating in decentralized environments. Currently, Stove supports equities from the U.S., Hong Kong, and South Korea, with additional global markets under development to expand the reach of the common infrastructure. The integration is designed to broaden the range of financial assets available through Uniswap Labs products while extending Stove-issued equities to deeper onchain liquidity.
"We’re very pleased to work with Uniswap Labs and explore how equities from markets around the world can become part of the broader onchain financial ecosystem. This is only the beginning. We look forward to expanding the range of markets and assets that can connect with onchain liquidity and applications through a common infrastructure."

The companies involved
Stove Finance is a fintech infrastructure provider focused on the tokenization of global securities. The company’s platform is designed to bridge the gap between traditional equity markets and the onchain ecosystem by handling the technical complexities of issuance and settlement. By targeting major financial hubs like the U.S., Hong Kong, and South Korea, Stove positions itself as a conduit for institutional-grade assets to enter the decentralized finance space. Uniswap is a leading decentralized exchange protocol and a cornerstone of the DeFi market. Operated by Uniswap Labs, the protocol has evolved from a simple automated market maker to a sophisticated suite of products, including UniswapX. UniswapX is a permissionless, open-source protocol designed to aggregate liquidity and provide users with better pricing through a competitive auction and RFQ system. The platform has become a primary destination for the burgeoning Real-World Asset (RWA) sector, as it provides the necessary liquidity and user base for tokenized versions of traditional financial instruments to trade alongside crypto-native assets.
What FF News has reported before
FF News has tracked the growing intersection of institutional capital and onchain infrastructure. Recently, we covered how Anchored to Launch Tokenized Stocks on Arbitrum via UniswapX for Onchain Capital Markets, a move that parallels Stove Finance’s current integration. We also reported on Autheo to Launch THEO Token on Robinhood Chain via Uniswap v3, highlighting the protocol's role as a primary venue for asset convergence. Additionally, our coverage of Enso Launches Flashloan Actions to Boost Institutional Onchain Capital Efficiency and Tria Integrates Robinhood Chain to Enable Real-World Asset Spending via Tria Card underscores the broader industry trend of building sophisticated financial tools for institutional and retail users within the decentralized ecosystem.
What this means
The integration of equities into a permissionless protocol like Uniswap via RFQ mechanisms represents a fundamental shift in market structure. By enabling atomic settlement, the industry is moving toward a model where the traditional T+2 settlement risk is effectively eliminated for tokenized assets. This puts significant pressure on legacy financial institutions and clearinghouses to justify their existing fee structures and processing times. However, the broader industry must still grapple with the fragmentation of liquidity across different chains and the legal complexities of cross-border equity ownership. As tokenized real-world assets gain traction, the primary challenge for the sector will be maintaining high-fidelity connections between the digital token and the underlying legal claim, especially during volatile market events or complex corporate actions.
