Brookwood Partners with Amplify to Launch AI-Native Wealth Intelligence Platform
1 September 2026

Brookwood Investment Group has partnered with Amplify Technology to launch the Brookwood Intelligence Platform™, a move designed to unify fragmented data and advisor workflows. For fintech professionals, this represents a shift toward data lake architectures in the RIA space, enabling firms to scale rapidly while maintaining the independent judgment of their advisor networks through AI-ready infrastructure.
What was announced
The partnership introduces the Brookwood Intelligence Platform™, a unified technology foundation built on Amplify’s AI-native data lake architecture. The platform is designed to consolidate disparate functions—including investment intelligence, portfolio management, trading, account servicing, and advisor workflows—into a single environment. This transition addresses the limitations of Brookwood’s previous fragmented infrastructure, which required staff to manually piece together information from disconnected systems as the firm scaled.
The Phoenix-based RIA has seen significant growth, expanding its assets under management from $515 million to over $1.5 billion within the last two years. Currently, the firm supports more than 75 advisors and a client base of 6,200. The new platform specifically targets the "Professional Advisor Partnership" model, which is designed to give entrepreneurial financial advisors the independence to exercise their own judgment while surrounding them with the expertise and infrastructure of a larger institution. This model aims to bridge the gap between total independence and the restrictive environments of traditional wirehouses.
To support this technological shift, Brookwood has also expanded its leadership team with several key hires who have experience managing infrastructure for high-growth RIAs. These include Claire Alexander as President, Jasmine Yu as Chief Operating Officer, Michael Jones as Chief Growth Officer, and Jeff Williams as CFO and Head of Institutional Operations. This leadership group is tasked with scaling the firm’s national advisor community while leveraging the new data foundation to deploy artificial intelligence safely and effectively across the organization.
"We weren’t looking for another technology solution. We were looking for infrastructure that could support what we believe wealth management should become. Amplify stood out because they understood our vision and had built the platform from the advisor’s point of view. They had lived the journey, understood the challenges firsthand, and approached the technology differently because of it. That gave us a foundation we can continue to build upon. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly important to our business, its value will ultimately depend on the quality, accessibility and structure of the data beneath it."
Kimberley Raimondo, Co-Founder and CEO of Brookwood Investment Group.
The companies involved
Brookwood Investment Group is a Phoenix-based registered investment advisor (RIA) founded by Kimberley and Robert Raimondo. The firm operates under a model that emphasizes advisor independence, positioning itself as a provider of infrastructure and institutional expertise for entrepreneurial financial professionals. Its rapid growth to $1.5 billion in assets highlights its position as an emerging player in the mid-market RIA space, focusing on a partnership structure to attract talent from larger institutions. The firm’s strategy centers on providing the collective intelligence of a large institution while preserving the professional judgment that distinguishes independent advisors.
Amplify Technology, LLC is an AI-native growth platform specifically designed for the RIA sector. The company differentiates itself through a data lake architecture, which allows wealth management firms to centralize data that is typically siloed across various fintech tools. By focusing on the advisor’s point of view, Amplify aims to provide the connected infrastructure necessary for firms to implement artificial intelligence. The company is represented by leaders such as Jack Martin, who serves as CMO. The leadership team at Brookwood now includes Jasmine Yu, who previously served as Incoming Chief Information Officer at a US Regional Bank, bringing institutional-scale operational experience to the firm’s technology-first growth strategy.
What this means
The RIA market is currently witnessing an arms race centered on data consolidation. As firms like Brookwood scale past the $1 billion AUM mark, the traditional "tech stack" approach—where disparate applications are loosely integrated—is becoming a operational liability. This announcement signals a move toward "data-first" rather than "app-first" strategies. By investing in a data lake architecture, Brookwood is putting pressure on traditional turnkey asset management platforms (TAMPs) and legacy CRM providers that struggle with data fluidity. The real test for the sector will be whether these unified platforms can actually deliver on the promise of AI-driven efficiency, or if they simply create new layers of complexity for the advisors they aim to liberate.
